Question 1 of 6

Who are you looking for care for?

How it works

From first call to first visit, usually within a week.

  1. 1

    Free consultation

Hannah, our care coordinator, meets you at home or by video, listens, and walks through the house for simple safety fixes.

  2. 2

    A written care plan

Routines, preferences, medication reminder times, favorite foods and the things that matter, all in plain language you can read in the portal.

  3. 3

    A matched caregiver

We match on skills, personality and language, and you meet before the first visit. The same small team comes back every week.

  4. 4

    Notes after every visit

Check‑in and check‑out times, meals, mood and a short note, so the whole family knows how the day went.

What if Mom doesn’t like her caregiver?

Tell us, no explanation needed. We’ll introduce someone new, usually within a few days. A good match matters more than anything else we do.

Are your caregivers employees or contractors?

Employees. We handle payroll, taxes, insurance, training and background checks, so you never become anyone’s employer.

Can caregivers give medications?

Our caregivers give medication reminders and can help open containers. They don’t decide doses. Medication schedules come from your loved one’s doctor and pharmacist.

What happens if a caregiver is sick?

Every client has a small backup team who already knows the routine. Your coordinator lets you know who is coming, and the portal updates too.

Do you help with memory loss and dementia?

Yes. Our memory care support caregivers are trained to keep routines steady, reduce agitation and redirect with kindness. We also coach families on what to expect.

How quickly can care start?

Often within two to five days of the consultation. After a hospital discharge we can sometimes start within 24 hours.
